The Criquetot-l'Esneval waste disposal site recently reopened after a major modernization project. This transformation reflects the community's commitment to sustainably improving waste management by optimizing both user facilities and the overall performance of the site.
Beyond the reorganization of spaces and flows, the operation of the center now relies on technical equipment adapted to the new requirements of modern waste disposal centers.
GILLARD equipment at the service of site operations
The site relies on several GILLARD pieces of equipment designed to meet the operational constraints of current recycling centers.
The ORK compactors These facilities handle various waste streams such as wood, scrap metal, cardboard, and pallets. With a storage capacity of 30 m³, they allow for better control of collected volumes while contributing to the optimization of logistics and transport costs.
The universal raceways These components complement the existing system. Compatible with all types of skips and compactors, they ensure precise and secure positioning of equipment. They also facilitate maneuvering operations and contribute to the long-term protection of infrastructure.
Finally, charging systems HULK 1 et HULK 2 They allow for efficient and safe ground loading of waste into removable skips. Particularly suited to flat sites, they improve the flow of operations and enhance the safety of on-site personnel.
All of this equipment aims to structure the recycling center's operations and streamline daily waste management. It allows for better organization of waste streams, optimized processing volumes, and reduced handling constraints. A new generation flat waste disposal site
The recycling center in Criquetot-l'Esneval is part of a new generation of waste disposal sites known as "flat" facilities. This configuration is designed to optimize movement and simplify sorting and loading operations.
