EKKER spillway flaps effectively secure waste disposal site loading docks. They are installed directly onto an existing concrete wall, simplifying installation. This patented system, manufactured in France, complies with the NF P01-012 standard, guaranteeing conformity and safety.
This metal dump is ideal for manually emptying all types of waste: cardboard, green waste, furniture, general waste, or rubble. Its hot-dip galvanized steel structure guarantees excellent resistance to intensive use and repeated impacts.
The EKKER model consists of two moving parts that form an articulated spillway. The counterweight system facilitates maneuvering, allowing the spillway to be raised and lowered effortlessly. In addition, the ergonomic handles ensure optimal comfort for personnel during handling.
The assembly is securely fixed to the top of a concrete wall using spits. The anchors use U-shaped galvanized S235 steel anchors, ensuring excellent stability. Each 2,5-meter module weighs 135 kg, ensuring good stability.
The EKKER system can be used in a full version or as a “Half EKKER”. This latter option facilitates loading from the front or rear of a skip. For specific needs, we also offer custom manufacturing. For example, we can add side safety grilles or adapt the length to the site constraints.
