Specially designed for the collection, transport and management of household waste, the Household Waste Bin Series 3 manufactured by GILLARD SAS Meets the most stringent requirements for strength, functionality, and safety. Ideal for local authorities, urban service providers, and waste treatment companies, this dumpster combines French engineering, field reliability, and adaptability to different collection environments.
A robust construction, designed to last
The body of the dumpster is entirely made of S235 steel, recognized for its excellent mechanical performance, particularly in terms of resistance to shocks and deformation. Two thickness configurations are available to meet specific requirements:
- 3mm base with 2,5mm side walls
- Or 4 mm reinforced base with 3 mm sides
This design allows the bin to withstand compressed waste, repeated friction and load variations, while ensuring good longevity.
Technical details and equipment
- Available capacity : 10, 12, 15, 18 or 20 m³
- Cradle : robust IPN 180 profile for better stability
- Back door : double doors with central locking system for secure and rapid access
- Side access hatches : two or three per side, each equipped with a PVC cover, to facilitate one-off inspections or interventions
- Shockproof reinforcement plate positioned under the gripping ring, preventing premature wear during handling with the lifting arms
- Broken bottom angles : allow better flow of liquids or residues
- Painting :
- A interior and exterior primer coat provides protection against corrosion
- A exterior topcoat in a RAL of your choice, for optimal visual integration into your fleet
Manufacturing and customization
Manufactured in our workshops, the OM Series 3 tipper benefits from a rigorous quality control at every stage. You have the option to choose the RAL color, add specific options or adapt the hatches according to your needs.
