The PAKTOR I.3 Series stationary compactor is a reliable , robust and versatile machine , designed to facilitate waste management in all types of sites: sorting centers, waste disposal sites, industries, communities…
Thanks to its in-line hydraulic cylinders , it offers maximum compaction power throughout the entire cycle. This patented technology allows for better performance than conventional cross-cylinder compactors, while reducing the risk of blockages.
Its thick steel structure and wear-resistant steel components (400 brinells) guarantee a long service life . This compactor is designed for intensive operation and to withstand the most demanding conditions.
The PAKTOR Series I.3 is also modular equipment . It can be fitted with hoppers , loading conveyors , dock extensions , remote controls , etc. These elements are bolted (not welded), which facilitates modifications , maintenance and adaptation to the site.
This compactor was designed with operator ergonomics in mind :
-
Ratchet turnbuckles make adjustments easier.
-
Integrated guides prevent waste (cardboard, plastics, etc.) from getting stuck.
-
It is quiet and simple to use.
-
Its large oil capacity limits the risk of overheating.
Another important advantage is that it significantly reduces waste volume , resulting in fewer skip trips and savings on transport . This makes it a cost-effective and environmentally friendly tool.
Finally, its mass production allows for a competitive price without compromising on quality. The PAKTOR I.3 is the only universal machine on the market that replaces both older models with crossed cylinders and those with conventional inline cylinders.
