The "Koffre" DMS/DDS container serves as a REI 120 fire-resistant storage module, ideal if you install the space less than 6 m from the offices. In addition, it is 100% French-made, guaranteeing quality and compliance.
Certification and security
Only certification by an approved laboratory ensures the safety of the "Koffre." Self-certification is not enough. Therefore, always check the validity of certificates before use.
DMS monobloc module: sealing and handling
The DMS bungalow comes in a single, waterproof module, suitable for indoor or outdoor use. It includes a hot-dip galvanized steel retention basin and gratings for single-level storage. In addition, a high-performance mastic seal guarantees a seal against leaks and bad weather. In addition, lifting rings and floor mounting plates facilitate handling and ensure good stability.
Fire-resistant structure and insulation
The structure rests on a welded tubular frame, to which 100 mm rock wool insulation panels are attached. These panels are then covered with galvanized or lacquered sheets. These panels have EI 120 fire-resistant certification, providing two hours of protection, regardless of which side is exposed to the fire.
Swing doors and accessibility
Insulated swing doors maintain security while remaining easy to operate. They lock in the open position for easy access during loading and unloading operations. This allows you to work safely and without constraints.
Durable roof and optimal drainage
The roof complies with NV 65 and Eurocode 1 standards. It can withstand heavy snow loads, even in harsh winters. In addition, it has a 2% slope, which ensures efficient rainwater drainage.
Natural ventilation and ATEX options
Natural ventilation comes from six carefully arranged grilles. A fire damper with a 70°C thermal fuse trigger provides additional protection. If necessary, you can add lighting or an ATEX exhaust fan. This ensures compliance with safety standards in regulated areas.
Installation and technical file
We deliver each container with a complete technical file (drawings, certificates, and instructions). However, the customer must plan the foundations and grounding according to our instructions. Finally, be sure to check the compatibility of the stored products with the Koffre module: this step avoids any risk of incompatibility or deterioration.
