HERKUL is a French patented loading system, designed by GILLARD, an expert in waste treatment equipment for 30 years. This innovative device combines loading and safety by forming a high dock guardrail compliant with the NF P01-012 standard.
This system adapts to all dock/skip interfaces where the dock floor extends at least 600 mm above the side of the skip. It can therefore handle a variety of waste, such as rubble, green waste, cardboard, paper, or wood. Furthermore, its loading capacity exceeds 2 m³, with a maximum load of 2 tonnes, which considerably facilitates the work of waste disposal site managers.
Its 304 stainless steel loading plate guarantees excellent corrosion resistance. In addition, its ergonomic height of 400 mm limits physical strain. In addition, the secure controls, with two buttons that can be activated simultaneously, prevent unauthorized use. The control box is also oriented to provide perfect visibility during the emptying phases.
The mechanism ensures a two-stage tilt, which reduces both dust and noise. In addition, an 1100 mm high guardrail remains constant throughout the cycle. To enhance safety, custom-made side barriers complete the system.
Operating on a 230V single-phase power supply, HERKUL can also be used as a dock closure in the raised position. This prevents access to the skip when necessary. It also optimizes waste distribution in the skip, improving safety during transport.
This robust equipment requires no maintenance. In fact, it represents the only solution on the market, offering both easy loading and optimal protection for users. This is particularly useful in ERP (Public Access Buildings).
