The HULK system, classified as Category 1, is a loading system that facilitates the loading of waste into removable skips of 8 to 15 m³. Gillard designed and manufactured it entirely in France. It is perfectly suited to flatbed recycling centers and professional sites. HULK meets the new needs of managers: construction waste (rubble, scrap metal), green waste, wood, pallets, or furniture. This patented system combines robustness and performance.
Simple and fast loading
The loading bucket has a low threshold, allowing users to effortlessly place their waste directly inside. Its width allows two vehicles to unload simultaneously, speeding up on-site flow. Thanks to a powerful hydraulic system, the dumpster receives waste directly, whether it is placed flat or docked.
Enhanced security at every step
Only the site manager can access the control box, which is protected by a key system. To start a cycle, the operator must hold down two buttons simultaneously. This double press prevents accidental start-up. When the skip is full, the bucket also serves as a storage buffer. This limits floor space while waiting for a new skip to be placed.
Several pieces of equipment secure the area: a flashing light, a buzzer, door sensors, and a light curtain. Side guardrails prevent any dangerous passage around the platform.
Simple, solid and durable installation
The system requires a concrete slab to install. This ensures the structure is firmly anchored. The electro-hydraulic unit, powered by a three-phase 380/400 V power supply, can lift up to 2 tons of waste. This power guarantees reliable operation, even under intensive use.
A modular system, easy to upgrade
HULK integrates into a modular configuration, ideal for flatbed recycling centers. It can be combined with other Gillard equipment: i3 2000 compactor, ROK or Series 6 skips, containers for specific waste or roto-compaction solutions. This assembly creates a complete, economical and adaptable station. If the site layout changes, it is still possible to relocate the equipment.
Reliability, customization and ease of maintenance
The HULK system is built on a robust structure and simplified maintenance. Its solid mountings ensure high stability. The user can also customize the equipment: 6 m guide rails, loading ramp, drain holes, or brush holder. This flexibility allows HULK to be adapted to each site and improves safety, efficiency, and cost control.
