The HULK system (Class 2) is a patented loading system , entirely manufactured in France , designed to allow the safe loading of various types of waste ( green waste, wood, scrap metal, furniture, etc.) into removable skips ranging from 15 to 38 m³ . Primarily intended for professional waste disposal sites and flat-site stations , HULK addresses the new challenges of waste management, particularly for construction waste (rubble, scrap metal).
Concept and use of the loading system
HULK was developed to:

To offer a solution to waste disposal sites that do not have enough loading docks, by offering direct loading from the ground.

To support future professional waste disposal facilities that will have to process large volumes of construction waste.

Supporting the concept of flat waste disposal sites , which are more flexible, less expensive to install and safer for users.
In the emptying position , the wide bucket (standard or extended version) discharges the contents directly into the center of the hopper, ensuring optimal filling and preventing uneven distribution to the sides. The hydraulic power unit , protected by an aluminum housing, supplies the system with 380/400 V three-phase power , with a 90-liter oil capacity to minimize the risk of overheating.
Thanks to a secure control box and a key system , only authorized personnel can operate HULK. Furthermore, two contact buttons must be held down simultaneously to authorize movement, ensuring maximum user protection. A flashing light and a buzzer signal any handling phase, while a light curtain prevents access to the maneuvering area during operation.
