Le Shiva on-board monobloc compactor has been specially developed for the collection of PAV containers (aerial, semi-buried or buried). It is installed on carrier vehicles equipped with a crane. Thanks to its robust design and numerous options, Shiva is a versatile and cost-effective solution.

Available in capacities from 14 to 20 m³, it incorporates a 7,2 m³ hopper capable of absorbing up to 132 m³/h of waste. Its fast compaction cycle (39 seconds) is carried out via a centralized ram, guaranteeing both speed and reliability.

A hopper designed for standard containers

The hopper provides a loading surface of 3040 x 2260 mm, ideal for receiving waste from PAVs. Its wide opening facilitates direct waste drop, offering better performance than traditional BOM systems.

Le compaction shield (1900 x 500 mm), combined with two crossed cylinders, generates a 40 ton force with a hydraulic pressure of 210 barsResult: effective volume reduction with each cycle.

A tapered chassis and secure emptying options

The conical frame, with its rounded edges, facilitates the gravity drainage. As standard, the Shiva is equipped with a compactor-type rear door. As an option, a hydraulic hinged door from above allows safe emptying into the pit.

To limit the amount of waste being blown away during travel, hydraulic shutters can be added. It is also possible to integrate a translucent hatch, which allows you to view the interior of the hopper from the public highway.

Simple controls and easy maintenance

The controls are accessible from the bottom of the compactor, within easy reach of the operator. Connection to the carrier's hydraulic and electrical circuits is made via push-pull and multi-pin sockets the rigid hydraulic tubes ensure high reliability, even during intensive use.

The structure receives a polyurethane paint applied according to the RAL chosen by the customer, for a result that is both aesthetic and durable.

The advantages of Shiva

The Shiva on-board compactor has many advantages:

    • The carrier remains available for other uses, unlike BOMs.

    • The large volume, coupled with strong compaction, reduces trips to the recycling center.

    • On customizable smooth sides (DEKO option) allow the integration of visual communication.

    • The acquisition and maintenance cost remains lower than that of a traditional BOM.

A solution designed for performance

With its proven design and performance, the Shiva allows you tooptimize the collection of PAVs while reducing operating costsIt is a benchmark solution for communities and operators wishing to combine efficiency, security and profitability.
