The "SKI" barriers comply with the NF P01-012 standard when the bottom of the container is less than one meter from the ground level of the top of the dock. It is a high dock safety system. Indeed, they offer several essential advantages.

First, they feature a control lever that secures the raising and lowering operation. This allows the user to operate the barrier safely. Second, the robust hot-dip galvanized steel construction guarantees a long service life. It is reinforced with 4 mm thick sheet metal and internal reinforcements.

In addition, rubber buffers cushion the barrier's descent, reducing noise and wear. In addition, a high-strength lock in the raised position ensures maximum safety during operation.

Finally, these barriers are custom-made. You can install between 3 and 6 barriers depending on the site configuration. They also allow direct emptying from a trailer or other equipment, directly into the dumpster.

DOK skip raiser: perfect adaptation to the site to have a high dock safety system

The "DOK" riser is a mechanically welded structure made of S235 steel designed to increase the height of skips when the height of the dock requires it. This solution also complies with the NF P01-012 standard.

Its height is adapted to that of the dock, with a maximum limit of 1,3 meters. In addition, its useful length reaches 6,5 meters, which allows it to accommodate long skips. In addition, it supports a load capacity of 15 tons, thus guaranteeing safe use.

The upper structure is equipped with universal roller tracks with wheel stops. Furthermore, the paint is applied in two layers: a primer and a top coat, the RAL color of which is to be determined. The total thickness reaches 100 microns, which effectively protects the structure against corrosion.

For ground anchoring, you can choose between chemical spits for concrete or 400 mm piles for asphalt. Optionally, a 4 mm thick sheet metal cladding can be added on all four sides. This sheet metal is also painted in the chosen RAL color.
