“DOK” dump bed raising system

The DOK skip riser is a welded steel structure made of S235 steel, designed to raise skips and compactors at waste disposal sites. It allows the skip height to be aligned with the loading docks, thus facilitating the loading and unloading of waste. The height is specified when ordering, with a maximum elevation of 1,3 meters.

• Upper structure : Includes a pair of raceways with stops

• Paint :

  • 1 coat of primer

  • 1 top coat (RAL shade to be defined when ordering)

  • Total thickness: 100 microns

• Ground fixing :

  • On concrete: Chemical spits

  • On asphalt: 400 mm metal piles welded to the rails

• Option : Cladding with 4 mm thick sheet metal on all four sides of the structure (RAL paint)

Application areas

The DOK skip riser is ideal for waste disposal sites requiring adjustment of skip or compactor height, particularly to facilitate loading from a loading dock. It is especially useful in configurations where the skip floor must be no more than 1 meter above the ground level at the top of the loading dock, in accordance with standard NF P01-012.
